Is Heights on a traditional school calendar year?
The HCS campuses operate on a traditional school calendar year. Each year, the first day of preschool is scheduled on the Monday BEFORE Labor Day. The first day of K-8th is always the Tuesday before Labor Day. The traditional school year runs through mid-June. The preschool campuses offer an exciting summer program, and student entering K-7th can participate in our Summer Fun Program, hosted on each of the elementary campuses, offering full week and daily options. Academics only is also offered for K-7th grade students.
