Kristin Lipiz

Board Vice President

Kristin Lipiz has been a practicing speech and language pathologist for over 20 years. After earning her Master’s Degree from Cal State Fullerton, she began her career as a medical speech and language pathologist. She spent seven years working in the hospital setting treating adults who had suffered a brain injury. After having her son, Kristin changed her specialty and became a pediatric speech and language pathologist. She has worked for the Fullerton School District for the past 15 years, specialized in working with students that have been diagnosed with severe cognitive deficits, autism, articulation/phonological disorders, social language deficits, and receptive/expressive language disorders. Kristin takes great pride in the success she has achieved in helping these students return to general education and “graduate” from speech therapy.

In addition to her full-time position with Fullerton, Kristin has a private practice in which she provides families with an affordable opportunity to receive speech services. Kristin is passionate about what she does and feels blessed to be given the opportunity to serve students and families with God’s chosen gifts for her.

Kristin lives in Brea and is married to her best friend, Del. She has two adult children, Analiese and Kolby, and two beautiful granddaughters. Kristin’s son, Kolby, attended HCS from preschool through 8th grade. She loves Heights and often highlights the significant role HCS played in her family, helping them to become closer to God and stronger in their Christian faith.
